Starting my HIV/AIDS Health Blog

With all the things going on in my life I decided that I wanted to share what’s going on health wise and how this disease has changed my life, and how it affects my life daily.  The goog, the bad, and the ugly some would say.  I say it’s all the good.  Even the bad has some lesson for me to lear so it can’t be that bad.
Also this is a way for me to share with others also who have this dreaded disease and perhaps help them or them help me.  With all the new information that goes on daily is one really updated on everything that’s new and out.
I’m a Spiritual Healer, Reiki Master and a few other things under my belt but most important to me I am a Spiritual Channeler and use it to help others heal Physically, mentally, and Spiritually.  It’s hard at time for me to do that for myself as it takes training and time to set my mind aside and do what I feel not what I think, but that’s when I work on myself.
I’m an active man who does a great deal of things from hiking, climbing, gardening, canning, painting, drawing, writing, crotchet, and many other things.  Life is about living and having fun, learning and changing while we grow daily.  I live my life to the fullest and my blog will help me share that with those who wish to read.  I’ll actually start tomorrow.
